Hand in your CV We don’t need cover letters because we believe that you are as motivated as we are. Simply hand in your CV here.
Doc screening We will screen your documents to assess whether there is a general position fit.
Phone screening [30 min] If we believe that there is a fit for the position, our talent manager will conduct an initial phone interview with you to understand your motivation and background.
Hiring Manager Interview [45-60 min] You convinced us! The next step entails a deep-dive with your future team lead regarding key qualifications for the position.
Interview panel [3 x 60 min] Your team lead loves you. As a result, we will double-check with your future core team members and conduct an interview panel. We may ask you to prepare a short application case, but we will mostly focus on your background and situational questions.
Let’s get started We are a perfect match! Let’s create a truly great company together.
The process primarily takes place remotely. We try to meet in person for application cases (Munich), but we will also find ways to conduct the process remotely.
Our goal is to complete the application process within three to four weeks (i.e., from application to offer).
Our application cases are mostly related to our daily work, so you will get a feel for the kind of challenges we work on.
We do not share candidate evaluations between interviewers because it skews their judgment.
We work with structured interview questionnaires because they reduce bias and lead to better decisions.
We view the process as a dialogue. Accordingly, we want you to learn as much as you can about us so that you can get a sense of who we are. This is your first opportunity to meet your future colleagues and guarantee an amazing start with us.
We include behavioural and situational questions in interviews. We follow the STAR approach to understand what your impact and tasks were about.
We take care not to ask the same questions twice, but your second interviewer won't know exactly what you talked about in your previous interview.
