Our take on culture


For us, culture is an ongoing process that we will experience together. We are a growing team that has the opportunity to create our culture together based on our shared experiences. This includes what we loved and hated about our previous companies! Everyone who joins us still precipitates  double-digit team growth, which means that each new hire dramatically changes the team dynamic—forever. Therefore, we want to offer you the opportunity to actively shape our culture with your insights, ideas, and special skills that you bring to the table.

We laid out a first draft of what we believe culture should be about. Although we are diverse in our thinking, we still have similar takes on why we joined this start-up.

Our “whys”


We love what we are doing and are passionate about joining forces to build a truly great company from scratch. To love a job, first and foremost, you need to find an environment in which you can express yourself, and that aligns with your inner reasons.

These will certainly differ from each other, but together they make something very powerful. What are some of our inner why's?

Cultural foundations


We spend a lot of time thinking about how to create a culture in which every single one of us can lead to something big. At the foundation of our beliefs, we believe that teamwork is the ultimate competitive advantage to develop products that make our customers successful. To leverage this advantage, we believe that three essential elements are critical:

Our foundation is set; however, our core values are a work in progress. Granted, we are still working on coming up with the right phrasing for them. The following section will reflect on them and how we behave in our daily business.

<aside> đŸ€ **Succeed alongside our customers ****Our product, our company, our BHAGs, everything we do is, quite literally, based on shared success. We only win when our customers win. We only grow when our customers grow. With every decision, we ask ourselves: What’s in it for our customers?

  2. Get supercharged with learnings from our customers and act on them
  3. The best features are not only invented by product managers, it’s about co-creation
  4. Everyone is a growth manager and a proud ambassador, spreading WoM

<aside> đŸŒ± **Be the growth experiment ****We are the (extended) growth engine of our customer. Growth is at our core! We engineer growth to help our customers succeed, but we also live the growth experiment. Individuals, teams and founders are all obsessed with small-scale, continuous learning through experimentation, hypothesis testing and ongoing feedback. This helps us fuel our personal growth, shape our decisions, be inventive, iterate fast and stay teachable.
